Shipping Information:

We stock all our items so your order will be shipped within 48-hours of receipt (from Monday-Friday). Sometimes items may be on back order. We always give the option to ship what we have in stock and shipping charges on all backorder items are waived.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds may be given withing 7 days of receipt for defective or damaged items. Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt to ensure timely processing of any defective items. Please contact us to obtain an RMA# before shipping the products back as NO returns will be accepted without an RMA#. For items that are returned without defect, a 30% restocking fee will apply to the total purchase price, NO EXCEPTIONS. For special orders or custom orders, NO CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS will be accepted.
